해와 달과 별들이 어두워진다는 말의 의미

해와 달과 별들이 어두워진다는말은 무슨뜻인가?

   계시록6:12절과13절에 보면 다음과 같은 환상을 요한이 보았다. 

12 Then I saw him open the sixth seal, and there was a great shaking that caused the sun to become as black as haircloth and the entire moon to become like blood. 13 And at that, the stars in the skies fell to the earth like a fig tree drops its figs when it's shaken by a strong wind. 14 The sky also disappeared as though it was being rolled up in a scroll, and all the mountains and islands were removed from their places. 이환상을 읽다보면  다음의 질문이 떠오른다. 1)태양이 검게되고, 달이 피처럼 된다는 말은 무슨뜻인가? 2)하늘의 별들이 땅에 떨어졌다는 말은 무슨뜻인가?  3)두루마리속으로 말리듯이 하늘이 말려서 사라졌다는말은 무슨뜻인가?  4)모든산과 모든섬들이  제자리에서 제거되었다 라는 말은 무슨뜻인가?  여기등장하는 해와 달과 별들과 산들과 섬들의 이중적인뜻을 알지 못하면 이러한 예언을 엉뚱하게 이해하거나, 해석하게된다. 요셉의 꿈을 통해서 이러한 하늘 광명체들이 갖고있는 상징적의미를 파악해보자.  먼저 창세기37:9를 읽어보자. 
9 Then [JoSeph] had another dream, and he told his father and brothers about it, saying, '{Look!} I had another dream in which the sun, the moon, and eleven stars bowed low before me.' 여길보면  꿈속에 나타난 11개의 별들은 요셉의 형제들을 의미했고 태양은 아버지를, 달은 어머니를 상징했다. 따라서 요셉의 입장에서(이때 요셉의나이 겨우17세였다) 이들 존재들은 요셉이 의지하고 따르는 존재들이었다. 이제 다른 장면으로 가보자. 사도행전27:20이다. 먼저 내용을 보면 다음과 같다.  
20 Now, since we hadn't seen the sun or stars for several days and a storm was still over us, we had lost any hope of being saved… 이장면에 등장하는 태양과 별들은 문자적인 것이다. 수일동안 이같은 광명체를 못보았기 때문에 구출될 희망을 잃어버렸다 라고 바울이 표현하였다. 따라서 별이나 달 혹은 태양등은 희망을 상징한다. 사실 우리들은 전적으로 그런 광명체에 의존하는 삶을 살고있다. 그것들은 우리가 어디로 갈지를 알려준다. 따라서 그러한 광명체가 검어지거나 핏빛으로 변하거나 빛을 내지 않는다는 표현은 더이상 그런것들에게 의존할 수도 없고 인도받을 수도 없는 상태를 의미한다. 한마디로 희망이 꺾인  상태에 놓이는것을 의미한다. 계시록8장12절을 보면 4째천사가 나팔을 불자 이러한 광명체가 빛을 잃어버린다. 그런데 특이한 표현이 있다. 일단 읽어보자. 
12 Well when the fourth messenger blew his trumpet, a third of the sun was struck, as was a third of the moon and a third of the stars, which brought darkness upon a third [of the earth], so that the day didn't appear over a third of it, nor did the night.  이것을 보면 태양과 달과 별의 삼분지일을 쳐서 어두워지도록 만들었다. 그래서 땅의 삼분지일 위에 낮과밤에 빛이없게 만들었다 라고 표현하고있다. 이것역시 실제로 하늘의 문자적인 광명체를 쳐서 어둡게 만들었다는 뜻이 아니다. 이것은 이땅위의 백성들이 의존해오던 정치 사회 지도자들에게 더이상 희망을 둘 수 없게 된다는것을 의미한다.  이렇게되면 땅의 삼분지일에 해당되는 사람들이 낙담과 절망으로 갈피를 못잡게된다.  이점을 예수께서 예언하셨다.  누가21장 26절의내용:    26 Then men's hearts will become weak with fear in expectation of the things that will be coming upon the habitation of mankind, as [they see] the powers in the heavens being shaken.(신세계역은 여길 "People will become faint out" 이라고 번역한 반면에(LXX)는 위처럼 번역했다.  이것은 광범위하게 두려움과 공포심이 확산될것을 의미한다.  별들이 하늘에서 떨어진다는 표현은 계시6장3절과 마태24장29절 그리고 마가13장25절에 나온다. 이표현 역시 비유적으로 백성들이 의존해오던 사회지도층인사들에게 (이를테면,대통령,수상,왕,판검사,국회의원,각종국제정치기구의 director들,및 leaders들, 정치사회지도자들)더이상 희망을 둘 수 없게된 상태를 의미한다. (왜냐하면 그러한 왕들과 방백들이 모두 죽임을  당했기 때문이다!) 당연히 이런 표현은 하늘에서 유성이 떨어지거나, 다른 문자적인 행성들이 지구에 부딪혀 가공할 파괴가 인류위에 쏟아진다는 뜻이 아니다. 일부  성서연구생들은 "하늘의 권능이 흔들릴"거란 표현을  소련이 1957년에   쏘아올린 스푸트니크1호나,  미국이 1969년에  아폴로우주선을 달에 착륙시킨것이 하늘권능이 흔들릴것이란 예언의 성취라고 자의적해석을 했다. 이같은 해석방식은 수많은 분파를 양산하는 부정확한 해석방법이다. {참고로 1970년대의 일부 여호와의증인의 통치체성원 몇명은 인공위성 스푸트니크호의 성공적발사가 마태24장29절의 예언을 성취 시킨것 이라고 하면서  마태24장34절의 다음과같은 말씀과 연계된다라고 주장했던적이 있다. 그들이 그렇게 주장한 이유가 있다. 통치체는 1914년이 말세의 시작을 알리는 기산점이라고 오랫동안 가르쳐왔기 때문이다!  만일 말세의 시작타이밍이 소련의 스푸트니크호가 발사된1957년으로 수정된다면 말세의 시작이 1957년이됨과 동시에 1957년의 사태발전을 본세대가 사라지기 전에 이모든일이 성취된다 라고 억지 주장을펴면서 시간을 수십년간 더늘릴 수 있기 때문이다. 이들의 계산법으로 따진다면 한세대가 보통 70~80년이므로 적어도 아마겟돈이 1957년+80년=2037년 까지 발발하면 된다는것이다. 이러한 유치한 계산법을 자세히 설명하는 이유는 오늘날 여호와의 증인들은 자신들이 믿고 의지하고 따르는 통치체 성원들이 이같은 유치한 계산방식을 한때 주장했었다는 사실조차도 모르고있기 때문이다. 아뭏튼 이같은 계산법이 여호와의증인의 정식 가르침으로 채택되지못한 이유는  다른 여러명의 통치체 성원들이 이계산법에 동의하지 않았기 때문이다. 이들의 억지주장에 따르면,  스푸트니크호 를 마태24장34절과 연계시킬수만 있으면, 적어도 43년간의 시간적여유를 더얻게 되는셈이었다.}
34 I tell you the truth; 
This generation will not pass away 
Until all these things are fulfilled        (우리는  성서가 성서를 해석하도록 하는것이 성서의 메시지를 이해하는 키워드임을 알고있다. ) 이제 그럼 마태24장29절의 "하늘의 권능들이 흔들릴"거란 말과,  이사야34장의 "하늘의 권능들이 녹을"것이란 표현과, 다니엘8장10절의 "하늘의 권능에 도달"했다는 표현이 무엇을 의미하는지 살펴보자. 먼저 이사야34장3~5절에서는 하늘의 권능이 녹을 것이다라고 표현했다. 
3 ‘Their slain and dead will be just thrown away;
Their smell will ascend [to the heavens]; 
And their blood will pour down the mountains.

4 ‘Then the powers of the heavens will melt; 
The sky will be wrapped like a scroll; 
And all the stars will then fall 
Like the leaves of a grapevine or fig.

5 ‘For My sword will then become drunk in the sky, 
And {Look!} upon Edom’s land, it will fall… 
Upon people who’ve been judged for destruction. 이사야 34장 4절은 하늘의 권능들이 녹을것이라고 표현했다.  이것은 나라들의 정부조직이 파괴되어 멸망됨을 의미한다.  여기 표현을 분석해 보면 놀랍게도 계시록6장13,14절과 표현방식이 거의 흡사하다. 3절과 5절을 보면 엄청난 규모의 대량학살이 일어날 것임을 알 수 있다. 이것은 참혹한 죽음과 파괴와 멸망을 의미한다. 그리고 이사야 34장의 서두를 보면 누구에 대한 예언인지가 명시되어있다.  Chapter 34
1 ‘So, listen to this, O you nations…
And your rulers should pay close attention! 
Yes, hear, O earth and its dwellers… 
The habitation of man and all you who live there;  여길보면 명확하게 땅위에 사는 모든 백성과 통치자들에게 하는 예언이다.  따라서 4절이 비유적으로 알리듯이 하늘의권능이 녹거나, 하늘이 두루마리처럼 말리거나, 별들이 포도잎사귀와 무화과 잎새처럼 떨어질거라는 회화적인 표현은 모두 같은것을 의미한다.  땅위의 사람들이 희망으로 삼아왔던 모든 사회 정치 지도자들이 멸망되었음을 의미한다. 이성구는 이스라엘백성이 율법언약을 어겼기 때문에 "온전히 파멸 "을 당할것이란 예언의 내용이다. 이내용은 이사야24장에 나온다.  이내용을 분석해보면 하나님이 심판을 집행하는대상이 확실하게 멸절될것을 미리 예언하실때 어떤 비유법을 사용하시는지 이해할 수 있다.  이내용을 천천히 분석해 보자. 이사야24장전체(LXX):    
1 {Look!} The Lord will lay waste to the place where you live…
He will totally destroy it!
Yes, He will uncover its face
And scatter those living within it.

2 Then, [common] people will serve as the priests;
The servants will then be the masters;
The handmaids will then be the ladies;
Those who buy will be those who sell;
Those who borrow will be lenders,
And those who owe will be the ones that are owed.

3 ‘With corruption, your land will be wasted,
And by looting, your place will be plundered!’
Yes, these things were said by the mouth of the Lord.

4 ‘Then your land will go into mourning,
For your system of things will be ruined.

‘The land’s most important will mourn
5 For [that place] that’s considered so lawless…
They’ll wail for the people who live there…
Those who have broken [God’s] Laws…
Those who’ve wiped away and traded away
The Sacred Agreement of the ages!

6 ‘This curse will then devour [your] land,
For those who live there have sinned!
Then, only the poor will be left …
Just a few men will remain.

7 ‘So the wine will mourn and the grapevines will moan
Over the souls of all those
To whom they once brought great joy.

8 ‘Happy sounds of tambourines will have ceased,
And those pleased with themselves will be gone,
Along with the wealth of the godless,
Who’ll no longer hear the sounds of the harp.

9 ‘And because they’ll be shamed, they won’t drink the wine…
For the liquor will be bitter to even the drunks!

10 ‘Your cities will then become empty,
And the houses will all be locked up,
So that no one will be able to enter.

11 ‘Therefore, shriek for the wine everywhere,
Since the joy of the land will have ceased…
Yes, it will be taken away,
12 And all that will be left behind
Is desolate cities and empty homes,
Which thereafter, will just waste away.
13 Yes, all of these things will come to that land
There in the midst of the nations.

‘In the same way that you would glean olives,
Is how such ones will be gleaned…
As though the harvest of crops will have ceased.

14 ‘So, they will cry out in loud voices…
But those who remain in the land
Will rejoice, to the glory of God.

‘Then the waters of the seas will be shaken,
15 And the glory of Jehovah will be [seen]
On all the islands throughout the seas…
And the Name of the Lord will be honored.

16 ‘[For all the peoples will say]:
O God of IsraEl, Jehovah;
Of [Your] miracles, we’ve heard, throughout the whole earth,
And there’s hope for those who respect You.

‘And once again, they will say,
Woe to those who’ve annulled…
Yes, those who’ve ignored the Laws [of our God],
17 Since fear, the pit, and a snare
Have come upon those who once dwelled in that land.
18 For those fleeing in fear fell into the pit,
And those climbing out were captured in snares.

‘Then the windows of the heavens will open,
And the foundations of the earth will be shaken.
19 Disturbance will come to the ground,
And perplexity will grip the whole land.

20 ‘For, it will be shaken and tipped
As [a horn] that’s filled with the fruits of the earth…
Yes, it will topple and fall
Like someone who’s dizzy and drunk,
And never be able to stand up again
[In that land] where the lawless grew strong.

21 ‘For, God will raise His hand in that day
Against the arrangement of the heavens,
And against the kings of the earth.
22 They’ll be gathered as one congregation,
And in castle dungeons, be locked away,
Where they’ll stay through many generations.

23 ‘Then the bricks will melt and the walls will all fall;
The moon will be sad and the sun will be shamed;
For the Lord will start reigning in JeruSalem…
And before Zion’s elders, he’ll be glorified.’   (여기의24장전체에는 매우중요한  예언의 비유적 표현법에 관한 여러 실마리가 들어있다!  그것들을 정리하면 다음과 같다.) 1)24장1절:이내용은 철저한 멸망에 관한 예언이다.  2)이내용은 특히 5절을보면, 모세를 통해 맺은 율법언약을 어긴 이스라엘 백성전체를 향한 예언이다.  3)두려움과 공포심이 모든 예루살렘 거주자에게 임할것이다.  4) 4절에 따르면, 모든 정치조직과 종교조직과 사회조직이 무너져 내릴것이다. 5)18절과19절을 보면 하늘창문이 열릴것이고 땅의기초가 흔들릴것이라고 말한다. 이러한 표현법은 19절에서 보듯이 절망과 고통과 아픔과 당혹감 및 불안 과 슬픔이 모든백성위에 임할것이란 뜻이다.  6)21절에 나오는 하늘의 "arrangement" 는 일반적으로 "stars" 를 의미한다. 이것은 땅의 왕들을 지칭하는 비유적 표현이다. 왜냐하면 같은21절에서 그렇게 말하고 있기 때문이다.
"Against the arrangement of the heavens.    
And against the kings of the earth."  7) 23절에 나오는 달이 슬플것이고 해가 수치를 당할것이란 표현은, 예루살렘의 정치지도자들(왕과 방백들과 왕자들)이 모두 멸절되거나 포로로 사로잡혀가거나, 죽임을 당할것임을 의미한다. 8)한마디로 요약하자면; 하나님께서 철저히 파괴와 멸망을 예루살렘의 백성과 지도자들에게 가져오시겠다는 예언이다."The Lord will lay waste to the place where you live…

And scatter those living within it." 우리의 이러한 이해를 돕는 성구가 사사기 5장20절이다. 거길보면, 하늘의 별들이 무엇을 의미하는지 알려준다. 사사기5:19,20절.
19 'Then the kings of CanaAn formed to wage war,
And fought ThanaAch at the water of MegidDo.
20 Yes, the stars in the heavens formed for war,
As they traveled to beat SiSara.
여길보면 가나안의 왕들을 별들로 묘사한것을 볼 수 있다.(하늘의 별들이 전쟁을 하려고 정열했다란 표현은 가나안왕들을 지칭한것이다.) 이처럼 별이나 태양 혹은 달이 더이상 빛을 비추지 못하고, 어두워졌다는 표현방식은 땅에사는 백성의 입장에서 희망을 두는 대상들에게  (왕과 방백들에게)더이상 의존할 수 없는 상태에 놓이게 되는것을 의미한다. 왜냐하면 그런 지도자들이 모두 죽임과 사로잡혀감을 당할 것이기 때문이다.  단도직입적으로 말해서 그러한자들이 멸망된다는것을 비유적으로 표현한것이다.  하늘의 권능과 관련한 두번째 표현은 다니엘8장9절과10절에 나온다.one of the four winds of the skies. 9 However, one of them became extremely powerful… it grew rapidly toward the south and east 10 until it reached to the powers of the heavens. Then he threw [the other three horns] to the ground and he started trampling on the stars. 
이곳을 보면 기원70년에 항상드리던 동물희생제사를 폐하고 거룩한곳(예루살렘)을 짓밟을 운명이었던 초강대국 로마의힘이 하늘권능에 도달할때까지 남쪽과 동쪽으로 신속하게 자랐다라고 표현한것을 보게된다. 8장24절에 나타난"great power"를 로마가 갖게되었다는 표현이 8장10절에선 "reached to the powers of the heavens"로 표현되어 있다. (왜냐하면 두성구는 같은 나라(Rome)에 대한 다른두명의 천사의 설명이기 때문이다.) 따라서 하늘권능에 도달한다는 표현은 나라의힘이  초강대국의(더이상 대적할나라가 없을정도로 강력한 국가가 된다는뜻임.) 모습을 띌것이란 의미이다. 게다가 8장10절맨끝에 보면 "He started trampling  on the stars"라고 표현했다. 당연히 여기의 별들을 짓밟는다는것은 다른왕들을  발아래 굴복 시킨다는것을 의미한다. 그점을 다니엘8장 24절에서는 다음과 같이 표현했다.  "He will bring ruin to a people who are mighty"  여기의 mighty ones는 여러 나라들의 왕들을 의미한다. 그리고 24절의 끝에 나오는 "holy ones" 는 하나님의 거룩한 종들 곧 예수그리스도의 사도들및 충실한제자들을 가리킨다. 그렇다. 가브리엘천사는 로마가 "하나님의 거룩한 백성에게 파멸을 가져올"것이라고 설명하였다.("He will bring ruin to a people who are holy")  여기 다니엘 8장 23절과24절의LXX내용을 읽어보자.
23 'Now, in the last days of their kingdom, 
They will be filled with sins. 
Then a king will arise who has a proud face… 
One who understands riddles.

24 'Though he'll have great power, the strength won't be his;
Then he'll prosper and corrupt in wondrous ways… 
He'll take action and he will bring ruin
To a people who are mighty and holy. 무엇보다도 다니엘 8장이 특이한 이유는 다른 다니엘의 예언장면과는 다르게 3명의 천사가 다니엘에게 나타나서 설명한다는점이다.  다니엘9장의 메시아관련 예언처럼 가브리엘천사가 등장하는것 역시 유의해야한다. 다니엘8장11절과 13절은 로마가 희생을 중지시키고 거룩한곳 예루살렘을 파괴할것이라고 설명하는장면이다. 사실 이처럼 두가지 중대한 이벤트를 적어도 3차례나 다니엘서를 통해 언급했다는것은 매우 의미심장하다.  다음 성구가 모두 같은 두가지 이벤트를 언급하는 성구다.(단8:11,단8:13,단12:11)  하지만 다니엘9장27절의 예언은 다르게 이해해야한다. 이성구에서 희생제사를 중지시키는자는  로마군대가 아니다. 그분은 "메시아"이다. {이해석이 맞다면, 성전의 희생제사가 중지되는 경우의 수는 두가지다.1)기원33년니산월14일   2)기원70년로마에 의해 성전이 파괴되었을때.} 이것은 문자적으로 예루살렘의 성전 내부에서 희생의식이 중지되는것을 의미하는것이 아니다. 사실상 문자적으로 희생의식이 예루살렘의 성전에서 중지된때는 로마군대에 의해서 성전이 파괴된 싯점인 기원70년이었다. 따라서 기원33년 니산월에 메시아가 처형당한 싯점은 하나님의 관점에서 모든 과거의 모형적이고, 예언적인 동물희생의식의 실체(예수의 완전한몸)가 그때에(기원33년 니산월에 처형됨으로써) 성취된것이므로, 사실상 영적인 관점에서 동물희생제사는 그때 중지된 것이다!  
이제 살펴볼 표현은 하늘의 권능이 흔들릴것이라고한 마태 24장29~30절의 내용이다.  
29 'Then immediately after that difficult time;
The sun will grow dark, 
The moon won't give out its light, 
The stars will fall from the skies, 
And the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

30 'Thereafter, the Son of Man's sign will appear in the skies, and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief as they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds in the sky with great glory and power.  여기에 등장하는 흔들릴것이란 표현 역시 같은 맥락이다. 이성구와 같이 등장하는 표현이 있다. 그것은 1)하늘로부터 별들이 떨어진다는 표현과  2)달이 빛을내지 않을것이라는 표현과 3)태양이 어두워질것이다라는 표현이다. 한마디로 말해서 모든 희망이 사라지고 절망밖에 남은게 없다는 뜻이다. 왜냐하면 모든 지도층인물들이 사라졌기 때문이다.  이러한 이해는 성경적인가? 이사야13장10절은 마태24장29절의 의미를 파악하는 열쇠가 된다.  이사야 13:9~12절의 내용.
9 For {Look!} the day of the Lord is about to arrive… 
It’s a day of incurable anger… 
The rage to destroy the place where you live 
And wipe away all the sinners.

10 Then the stars in the skies (including Orion) 
And the heaven’s arrangement will no longer shine. 
The rising sun will be darkened, 
And the moon won’t give out its light.

11 ‘I’ll punish this world for its evil, 
And the irreverent, I’ll destroy for their sins… 
I’ll end the insolence of the lawless, 
And bring the haughty ways of the proud to the ground.

12 ‘Then, those left behind will be rarer than gold… 
They’ll be rarer than gold from Ophir. 
여기의 예언은 이사야13장 서두를 읽어 보면 바빌론에 관한 예언임을 알게된다.
{This is the vision that IsaiAh (the son of Amoz) saw against Babylon.} 13:17절을보면,  메데사람들을 통해서  철저히 파괴시키겠다라고 표현되어있다. 바빌론의 멸망이 소돔과 고모라의 멸망처럼 철저할것이 예언되어있다.  (13:19절) 무엇보다도 특히 20절을 보면 아무도 거주하지 못하는 폐허가 될것리라고 예언되어있고,  "demons"(귀신)들의 처소가 될것이라고 예언되어있다.  내용은 다음과같다. LXX13:19~21          
19 ‘Then Babylon (the home of the king of Chaldea) 
Will be wiped away by our God, 
As He did to Sodom and GomorRah. 
20 And through the ages, no one will live there again, 
Nor for generations, will anyone go there… 
No Arabs will go there, and shepherds won’t stop there to rest. 
21 Wild beasts will surely be found there, 
And fill all the houses with growling.
'It’ll be a place where demons will dance…   (이성구의 신세계역 난외주를 보면 이렇게 써있다."Or possibly, and goatlike demons" :프리메이슨의  롯지에서 새로운멤버의 입단식 의식을 치룰때  이같은 "goatlike"모습의 신을 어깨에 메고 행진한다는것은 이미 널리 알려져있는 사실이다!) 실제로 오늘날까지도 바빌론의 "터"는  아무도 거주할 수 없는 폐허로 남아 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이사야서13장의 예언은 더큰 성취를 앞에 두고있다고 볼 수 있다.  왜냐하면  9절에서 주의날이 언급되어 있을뿐 아니라, 13장 전체를 보면 죽음과 멸망이 광범위한 죄인들에게  ("I will punish this world for its evil")임할 것이라고 예언되어 있기 때문이다. 특히 10절을보면 마태24장29절 처럼 하늘광명체들이 모두 언급되고있다.(태양,달,하늘의별들, 모두 어두워질것이다.) 이같은 설명이 붙는 이유는 12절에서 보듯이 생존자가 금보다 희귀할것이기 때문이다. 게다가 바빌론이 멸망되는 이유도 언급되어있다. 11절을 보면그들의 불법적 행동과 죄때문이다.   성서는 이같은 절망과 고통과 죽음이 임하는 날들에 관한 표현이 대동소이하다.  요엘서2장10절의 모습이다.(여기도역시 비슷하게 표현되어있다)
10 'Before their faces, there'll be just confusion, 
And even the skies will be shaken. 
Then the sun and the moon will grow dark, 
And the brightness of the stars will decrease.  다음은 요엘2장31절의 내용이다.
31 'For the sun will then become dark 
And the moon [will be changed] into blood 
Before the great and apparent 
Arrival of the Day of the Lord.  이곳 역시 "주의날"이 도착하기 직전의 모습을 표현하고있다.
다음에 나타나는 성구는 하박국(3:11~13)이다. 이곳에는 별들에 관한 언급이 없다. 다만 태양이 떠오르지 않을것이고, 달이 제자리에 멈추어있을것이라고,비유적으로 표현되어있다.  이것역시 같은맥락으로 이해해야한다. 왜냐하면 12절에서 나라들에게 멸망을 가져오시고,자신의 백성에게는 구원을 가져오시는분으로 묘사했기 때문이다. 즉 불법을 행하는자들에게 죽음을 가져오시기 때문에  그와같이 태양과 달에관한 암울한 묘사를 한것으로 보아야 한다.  
11 Then the sun will not rise in the sky,
And the moon will fail and stand still.
But in the light of your arrows, they'll move…

For in His rage, He will destroy nations.
13 But He'll bring salvation to His people, 
And He'll also save His anointed.
He'll bring death to the heads of the lawless… 
Chains, He'll put on their necks.    이제 소개하는 성구는  태양과 달이 역시 표현가운데 사용되었으나, 그어조와 느낌이 정반대인 경우이다.그것은  이사야서60장19절부터 21절까지의 내용이다. 이성구는 이사야60장1절에서 알려주듯이(영적)예루살렘에 관한 예언이다.(거룩한도시:60장1절에서 알려주는 내용이다. 신세계역은 이부분을 오,여자여!라고 번역했다. New Living Translation 은 LXX처럼 다음과같이 번역했다.  "Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the LORD rises to shine on you.)  특히 19절에서는 비유적으로 "더이상 달은 너희의 밤을위한 빛이 되지 않을것이고, 더이상 태양으로 너희의 낮을 밝히지 않을것이다." 계시록에서는 같은내용을 달리 표현했다. 아래에 참조한 계시록21장23절을 읽어보면 (태양과 달이 필요없다!)라고 표현했다.  물론 이표현은 문자적인 태양과 달이 더이상 하늘의 광명체로써 기능을 수행하지 (땅위의 사람들에게 있어서는 반드시 있어야 하는 광명체이므로~)않을것이란 의미가 아닐것이다. 왜냐하면 이구절은 계시록 21장23절이 알려 주듯이 어린양의 "신부"(bride)로서 하나님으로부터 내려오는 거룩한 도시(holy city), 예루살렘에 관한 묘사이기 때문이다.  (계시21장10절참조)왜냐하면 그다음 구절에서 말하듯이 하나님이 그때(축복된때)에 예루살렘의 영광이 되시기 때문이다.  
19 ‘No longer will your days be lit by the sun 
And the moon won’t be the light for your nights. 
For through ages, Jehovah will serve as your light… 
Yes, God will then be your glory!
20 ‘Upon you, the sun will not set, 
And the moon will never subside. 
For the Lord is your light through the ages, 
And your reasons to mourn will be gone.
21 ‘Then, all your people will be righteous 
And they’ll  inherit the land through the ages. 
They will keep all the things that they plant, 
And the works of their hands, they will own.          다음은 (상징적)예루살렘에 관한 계시록21:22,23절의 묘사이다.(이성구는 이사야60장20절의 묘사와 거의 일치한다.)
22 I didn't see a Most Holy within [the city], because Jehovah God the Almighty and the Lamb are its Most Holy. 23 Nor did the city need the sun or moon to shine upon it, because it was lit by the glory of The God… and the Lamb was its lamp. -------------------------------------------결론적으로 정리해보자. 철저한 멸망과 죽음과 파괴를 예언하는 비유적 표현법은 다음과 같이 다양하다. 1)하늘이 두루마리처럼 말릴것이다.(정치씨스템과 정부가 사라질것을 의미) 2)하늘의 권능이 흔들릴것이다. ~녹을것이다. 3)해와 달과 별들이 빛을 내지 않을것이다.4)달이 핏빛이 될것이다.(모든 지역에서 살육과 대량학살이 일어날것을 비유적으로 표현한것) 5)달이 슬플 것이다. 6)태양이 수치를 당할것이다. 7)해가 떠오르지 않을것이다. 8)하늘의별들이 땅으로 무화과나무 잎사귀가 떨어지듯이 떨어질것이다. 9)해가 어두워지고 달이 빛을내지 않을것이다. 등등 --------------------여기 언급된 모든 표현들은 모두 철저한 멸망 내지는 대량학살과 살육을 예언한것이다. (심리적으로는 공포와 당혹감 절망감과 슬픔이 만연할것임을 의미한다.)정치사회지도자들의 멸망과 수치를 의미하며, 그들이 만든 사회적 정치적 씨스템이 사라질것을 의미한다.  이사야24장4절을 보면 이렇다!

For your system of things will be ruined.)
